Where do I attach the gymnastic rings?

The most important thing is the sturdiness of the attachment point. Make sure the hooks are firmly in the ceiling, and the attachment point is not too fragile.

Another factor to consider is the height of the attachment point. Ideally, it should be about 3-4m high, allowing for diverse movements and natural movement paths.

Thirdly, there should be sufficient space around the training area. We recommend allowing at least about 2 meters of empty space in each direction. The rings are easy to remove and rehang on the hooks, so the center of a living room could be a functional location for instance.

Lastly, the gymnastic rings should be about shoulder width apart from each other. This provides the most natural training place possible for gymnastic ring exercises such as dips, plank, push-ups, and others.
