Orders & Shipping

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email and/or text. If you don’t receive it please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes it can end up in there.

If you still haven’t received it or you are having trouble tracking your order please contact us and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Please note that we only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 4 pm (EEST) or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number and link to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also track your order straight from DHL tracking here: DHL Tracking. Please input the tracking number you have received in your shipping confirmation email.

If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately after you have placed your order and we will do our best to help. However, please understand that due to our fast dispatch times this isn't always possible.

If your order has already left our warehouse we can't change or cancel it anymore. In that case you are of course welcome to return your order.

We offer European wide shipping and dispatch all orders safely and securely within 48 hours using a tracked service. Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of your order.

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please contact us!

If you’ve purchased a product with us on pre-order, we will always state the date that your item will be shipped on the product description.

Please allow 3-7 working days for your item to arrive after this dispatch date. If 7 days has elapsed after the proposed dispatch date please contact us.

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the EU VAT area are solely responsible for all duties,  import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, shipping charges will not be refunded (but we are happy to work with you to get the goods back to your door).

Returns & Refunds

Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 14 day return policy at Nordic ProStore. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging. If used items are returned a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit.

Please allow about 1-2 weeks for processing once the return reaches us. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

Weighted blanket is a hygiene product. To ensure the hygiene of the products, the hygiene product cannot be returned after the package/seal has been opened, as the product cannot be returned for sale. Information on the definition of product hygiene can be found in the product description for each hygiene product.

Please note that if you have used our return label to return your order, we have deducted return shipping fee from your refund in accordance with our Returns policy.

Yes we do! To buy one of our e-gift cards, please click here. Please note. If you buy one of our e-gift cards, this is only valid to use online and will be sent to you electronically via email.

To purchase one online you simply add it into your basket like you would a normal product. Once you’ve completed at checkout you will receive an order confirmation with your gift card confirmation within 24 hours. 

Firstly, check that you’re entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code is still in date and has not expired. Secondly, check the terms and conditions of your code, if the item is in sale or in a certain category the discount may not be valid on this product. If it’s still not working, please contact us and our team will be able to advise you further.

Warranty

We offer full 1-year warranty for all of our products. The warranty only covers material and manufacturing defects.

Our warranty does not cover wear and tear from accidents, misuse or improper care,
