General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using your original payment method.
If you are purchasing a product that is on ‘pre-order’ the date of shipping will be displayed on the product description.
Order change and cancellation policy
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at the time of purchase.
If a mistake has been made, please send us a message from our
Contact us -page immediately after you have placed your order and we will do our best to make the change or cancel for you. However, please understand that due to our fast dispatch times this isn't always possible.
Shipping process
Orders typically ship within 2 business days of receipt during non-peak times or seasons. In peak seasons please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number. Reference the below charts for further information on costs and shipping times. Please note: if you place multiple orders within the same time period, we may combine them into one shipment. This only applies to orders placed with the same account, shipping address, and delivery time.

We offer free shipping* for orders over 50€ in the following countries:

If the delivery address is outside the EU VAT area, some extra costs may apply.
RETURNS
Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 14 day return policy for all products at Nordic ProStore. Here are a few details if you’re making a return:
RULES & REGULATIONS
If you conclude your purchase is not a good fit or that you would prefer a different size, product or refund instead, we welcome you to request a return authorization following steps below. Once the below information has been received, we can then approve your return and provide you with the return slip.
Be advised that returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and items must be returned in their original condition. For example, this means that as much as we love dogs - products cannot be returned with dog hair (or human hair) due to allergy/sanitary reasons. If used items are returned a partial refund may be given.
To ensure the hygiene of the products, the hygiene product cannot be returned after the package/seal has been opened, as the product cannot be returned for sale. Information on the definition of product hygiene can be found in the product description for each hygiene product.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1) Please go to our Contact us page and fill all the information including your order number. Select "Return" as a subject and tell us that you liked to return our order in "Message" section.
- Price of returns under 30kg (With our return label): 15€

Price of returns over 30kg (With our return label): Contact customer service
- You can also return your purchase without our return label (with your own cost), but in that case it is required to provide the tracking number for our customer service.
2) Once we have received your return request, we can then approve your return and provide you with the return slip. You will then be able to print a return shipping label. Print the shipping label, affix it to your package and drop it off at your local DHL service point! Please note that You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3) When we receive your return package we will process a refund within 2 weeks of receipt in accordance with our policies.
