Use and placement

Place the fire pit on a level, non-combustible surface such as paving, stone slabs or gravel, at a safe distance from buildings, plants and overhangs. Burn dry firewood – dry wood burns cleaner and with less smoke. Never leave the fire unattended, and check local fire regulations and any fire bans before lighting. Keep the spark screen in place whenever you are not grilling.
