I would just like to say that Nordic have been super supportive to me personally. I wrote a review a few weeks back saying how I recieved my crates a bit knocked up was was still able to construct them easy enough with a little tweeking. However as I was only driving 100meters up the road I left the dogs just in the back of the van and one of them had eaten the lock from the front of the kennel and that this was not the fault of Nordic however they e.ailed me in relation to this and said they would have a look about for a new lock and send it to me. I thanked them and didn't give to much thought to it. This morning the doorbell rang and it was the delivery man with a whole new front piece of the crate from Nordic. This is what makes a company go from good to exceptional in my opinion. Tha ks very much folks it's greatly appreciated.
